1. When general operating pressure is at the range of 0.7~1.0 Mpa, the initial differential pressure will be at 0.15~0.25 bar.

2. Oil content of compressed air can be controlled between 3ppm and 6ppm. Oil mist particles in compressed air can be controlled within 0.1μm.

3. Air oil separator is made of ultra-fine glass fiber from USA HV co. and Lydall co.. Oil-air mixture in compressed air can be filtered completely when it passes through oil element.

4. We developed fine process of rolling welding, spot welding and the latest two-component adhesive to ensure mechanical strength of air oil separator element and normal operation in above 120°Cheat.

5. Service life of air oil separator is 3500~5200h, which depends on many factors: design of air oil separatorcylinder, regular maintenance, environmental cleanliness, quality of lubricants, operating temperature, quality of air oil separator.
